The client needed to engage with a partner who would not only provide a qualified and scalable team, but also identify and execute on process improvements to enhance the business partner experience over time.

Verista quickly created and deployed a skilled team to transition support of the commercial reporting environment from the current provider to our team. We worked closely with the client’s team to ensure this transition did not disrupt service, gradually taking over and leveraging current provider resources until the transition was complete.
