Verista Acquires ILB Enterprises, Enhancing Pharmacovigilance and Compliance Capabilities

Verista, a leading transformative compliance and automation solutions organization for the life sciences industry, recently acquired ILB Enterprises, a leader in life sciences business and technology services. The acquisition expands and improves Verista’s scope of services and capabilities, adding pharmacovigilance and safety compliance capabilities for large pharma, early-stage biotech and medical device companies while broadening its geographic footprint to better support its clients’ growing needs.
The addition of ILB Enterprises, based in New Jersey, leverages Verista’s pedigree in FDA-regulated services in information technology and quality compliance. It completes Verista’s lifecycle support for life sciences companies, which now includes consulting, technology, and manufacturing services from early-stage research through commercialization and beyond.
