Julian is known for being a change leader who advises and drives disciplined organic and inorganic business growth strategies across various businesses.  Before retiring from Accenture in 2021, he led the company’s global life sciences R&D services business, driving business strategy, talent recruitment and retention, M&A strategy and integration, and leading a global team of 5,000.  Most recently, Julian has been providing pre- and post-investment strategic advisory services to Boards and C-level founders of PE-backed companies.
